Very Friendly and Professional

“We hired Lions Concrete to pour a pad for a swim spa we purchased and to remove & replace our concrete driveway that was improperly installed a few years ago. Based on our previous experience we were extremely thorough as we researched new companies. Jalin, provided us with 8 references that all gave his company a glowing review. All of our interactions and communications in person, via phone and email were positive, productive, and professional. Jalin consistently responded to us in a timely manner which made us feel like we were a priority. The crew is an extension and reflection of Jalin's work ethic. They were very friendly and professional. The crew were sure to communicate often throughout the process to ensure our expectations were met along the way. During the framing of the driveway, we wanted to make a change that required holding off on the pour to make the necessary changes. Jalin communicated this with his crew and managed the set-back, ensuring everything was as we requested before the final pour. The final clean-up was done to our satisfaction including concrete, dirt and stone removal, and pressure washing. Tarps were used to put the dirt and stones on to ensure the grass underneath was not damaged. There are many ways Jalin's company went above and beyond our expectations. To mention a few, after the driveway was poured, a crew member stayed to ensure the school children did not step on it as they were walking home. We were donating a heavy item and a crew member offered to help carry it out to the vehicle on the street. When the job was fully completed, Jalin arrived with a gift bag and personally thanked us for hiring his company. Since then, we have messaged Jalin to let him know how happy we are with our new pad and driveway and what a relief it is to have a safe driveway, especially with the winter months approaching. It is for all the reasons mentioned above that we highly recommend Lions Concrete for any of your concrete needs. We live in a small town and were so impressed with how Jalin runs his company with such integrity, often what you find in businesses from a small town. We have written reviews before, but have never take this amount of time and effort to share our experience with others. “I had a very small job; I needed five holes drilled into in my patio to install poles for a fence to contain my Great Dane. After having had a terrible experience with another concrete company two years ago when the patio was poured, I had lots and lots of questions before moving forward. Jalin always called me back in a timely manner and answered my questions. I also feel like I got an education in this field. The day of the job, Kevin and Sydney arrived on time and ready to go. “We needed to have a pad poured for a new shed that was set to arrive a lot sooner than planned. With Covid proving it difficult to find people/companies who have time to take on extra projects this search became a task all on its own. Lions Concrete just happened to be doing some work across the street from our house. At this point we thought it a great opportunity to ask if they had time to fit us in, or if anything come and take a look at the ask. Our yard was not an easy task at all and we knew that going in, but Jalin and the crew generously took a look at the project the same day and we had a quote that same evening.
